Want to surprise my grandma

My grandma lost her only baby back in 1985. While she was pregnant her mom got her an outfit. My grandma gave me her angel babies outfit when I was pregnant with my son in hopes that I would someday have a girl that could wear it. My daughter was born in march but I couldn't find the outfit. My grandma was sad but understanding. I was digging through my closet today and I found it!! So I did a little photo shoot and now I'm trying to decide how to surprise my grandma. Any ideas??
