So my husband has had semen analysis and bloods done.

He has no genetic problem and his pituitary gland is sending the right chemical to his testes telling him to create sperm.

But for some reason he’s still not producing any, doctor has said there’s no way to explain it and there’s nothing they can do to fix it.

Has anyone else had the same problem and managed to change the situation?

Does anyone have any suggestions?

We’re starting the process of getting a donor but it’s still difficult to accept and we’re not giving up yet.
