How do you wear your eyeliner ?

mine is put on my eyelashes

my girlfriend pulls her eyelids down to apply her eyeliner ive tried it but absolutely did not work for me.

to get the bottom lash waterline, you kind of have to pull the eye lid down. i tend not to do the waterline bc it always washes off before i even leave the house. if i do the lower lash line, its usually the outer corners to about a quarter to a third of the way down, outside of the lash line. usually i dont really bother with lower lash line though

I use a dampened fine tipped brush to work a dark shadow onto my lower lash line. No pulling ever (ouch) and it looks incredibly natural.
