Keeping a Secret

I am 6w2d and this is my 5th pregnancy. I lost my first at 40w3d and then had my son who is 2. Then I had 2 miscarriages since June at 5w and 10w. I want to wait until I am 12 weeks to announce to our family but how is everyone keeping the secret during the holidays. My Mom literally tested me with the last one by asking if I wanted to finish her beer which she only got so she could do that. I dodged that bullet but we will be with Family for a whole week. Any ideas to try to hide the morning sickness as well? I am actually grateful to be sick but it just makes it that much harder to hide our secret.
