OTC progesterone Cream?

Has anyone used this and had success with BFP? Please talk to me about your experience? I have a 12-13 day LP usually, but sometimes it’s as short as 10 days. I’ve had 2 CP’s since I started trying to conceive about a year ago - one in April and one last month. 
I’m thinking if I used OTC progesterone it may help?

Following. I've had two miscarriages. The first was at 10 weeks and the second was a chemical right after, but the doctor said my body wasn't fully recovered yet. Still no luck conceiving again, but I've always wondered if progesterone has had anything to do with it. I haven't decided at what point I'm going to talk to the doctor. We are in our 12th cycle now, but with two miscarriages, I don't know it they would still consider that a full year of trying.
