HELP!! Sick baby and clueless as to what to do.

My 12 day old has had 99.4-100.1 fevers the last 4 days (today is Day 4). On Thursday morning he projective vomited all over me, the bed, blankets, my hair, my phone, and himself and then again on Saturday morning. He is breastfed so his diapers are already on the runny side. He’s had normal wet and dirty diapers. He isn’t congested. The only way he will sleep is if I hold him or he is laying on my chest. He literally has no other symptoms besides the fevers and not feeling good. I miss my smiley baby :(
