Uumm ?!

So when i finished being on my period, i usually just stop and thats it. But this time, like 2 days after my period stopped, i felt wet down there, i went to the bathroom and it was sorta big stain of brown cm... today, i had a little of yelowish on my underwear... ive been very moody, and little sharp pain in my bellybutton.

I dnt think this is some sort of symptom righttt?😳
