10 wks extreme irritability

Help! I'm 10 weeks and I've been extremely irritable lately. In the first couple of weeks I could control it at work now I'm starting to get very short with my bosses. They know I'm pregnant and have both recently been through it. I'm afraid I'm going to snap one of these days.

Any tips on how to keep your cool?
