Advice Needed: Relationships

Me and my ex broke up about 2 weeks ago but we still see each other and talk to each other everyday (occasionally have sex)... Last night while we were filling out paperwork he listed me as his girlfriend... Could this mean he wants to get back together or was it an honest mistake. Today would have marked us being together 11 months, but he hasn't said anything so maybe he doesn't have feelings for me anymore... Advice?
