contractions, or gas?

FTM here, i'm 37 wks. I had a dr appointment today and everything went great. But ever since i got home, about an hour ago, i've been having this sharp stabbing pain in my side, and sometimes in my pubic area. I'm not sure if its contractions or gas pains. If i sit certain ways or move a certain way it will go away and feel better. But standing up and moving is almost impossible..stops me dead in my tracks. Breathing in makes it hurt worse, or if i touch the area. Also, baby has been moving A LOT during the pain until it resides. shes had the hiccups for the last 20 minutes.

It's probably gas..but i have no clue what i'm doing. haha.
