Is it ok for a Christian Dating a Jew?

They believe in Jewish beliefs but not as much. I truly love this dude. I'm just not sure if this is ok. My parents are kinda iffy with me dating a guy with another religion, since my mom is a Christian and my dad's a catholic. What do you guys think?

of course it's ok, as long as you two are on the same page on some big topics. i.e. do you want your partner to change in the future, or does he want you to, how do you handle holidays, and how do you raise children. the raising children should be an in depth conversation.... also are his parents iffy about you? My in-laws are Catholic but I'm not, however they still respect my stance. I will also say that even though my husband and I didn't start out on the same page on religion we are now and we are so much stronger for it.

I'm Jewish my husband's Christian, his dad was a deacon. they are heavily involved in Christianity, never had an issue.

the real question is are you concerned with labels and religious practices designed by man from a man's point of view  OR are you concerned about faith,  standards, and values with God's promise? God loves all equally and there is no confusion in love.  it is only man who decided to make all these different religious sectors of division. I only know God is never of division or choas, and everyone falls short. God, the devine spirit keeps things real simple. But hey we all make our choices and have our own cross to bear, just be mindful of your choice, when justification is needed or manipulation occurs that is nothing of the devil, the enemy. We really need to move away from labels , idols, symbols, and artifacts. We should be united as a Human race and not question the grace or love bestowed.  just my opinion, from no-one 😊😘

Im Jewish and my boyfriend is an atheist but he grew up Christian. As long as he is nice and doesn’t disrespect your religion it doesn’t matte. Love is love

Completely okay, but read 1 Peter 4:8, I don’t believe dating someone from another religion would be a sin at all, but the verse basically says love conquers all sin if it puts you at any ease.

I would’ve thought the Jewish father would have more of a religious issue, but I have friends who are Catholic that are generally against marrying outside your own religion.
But if you two love each other, and respect each other, God bless you guys. :)
