10 month old

My son will be 10 months on the 16th. He babbles like crazy, says Mama but we’re not sure if he u derstand. He can sit, crawl, pull to stand and cruises on the furniture a bit. I’m a bit worried about his other development though. He will not okay peek a boo. He loves when I do it, but won’t do it himself. He responds to his name half the time when he wants to. He looks where I point sometimes. He does not clap or wave yet. He is so happy and loving and smiles and makes eye contact. I am concerned about autism but I know it can’t be diagnosed this young. Live with. I am just wondering if any other moms have a baby who has developed this way and been fine. He does things on his own timeline, and we do have a check up next week so I will talk to the pediatrician. I may just be overthinking, but I read all these babies on here talking and walking and waving by 9 months and my child is nowhere near that.
