Has anyone been diagnosed with anemia

Has anyone been diagnosed with anemia? I'm 33 weeks pregnant and for the past few weeks I've been feeling more tired than usual, feel real weak a times even after eating and I'm having trouble breathing ( but I know that's probably because he's growing) and there's days it feels like my hearts going to pop out of my chest. I can't get anything done. I go to the doctor and probably will bring it up to her to see what she says. Just wanting to hear other moms responses.
