Heel pain.
Hey guys. I have a question.
Has anyone ever had pain in their heels when standing up after not being on your feet for a good couple of minutes?
Mine happen when I first wake up and if I’m sitting down watching tv then get up. They hurt soooo bad that sometimes im scared to stand up.
