Officially crushed 😒

Things this cycle started out great. We BD my entire fertile time and for the first time in my life I missed my period. Then all of a sudden I was a week late. I took a test and I had a very faint line (it was a squinter but there) Went to my doctor the same day and got a negative urine test there. Okay so disappointing but not officially out yet. Just got a call from my doctor and they told me my blood came back negative as well. So here I am officially crushed on the verge of tears and still confused why I didn't get my period. I just want to stay home and cry 😢 I really need some words of encouragement to help pick me up. Please anybody
