I'm currently on penicillin to clear whatever infection is bothering it but it's also not straight. Should I take it out

I would wait until the infection clears to take it out or else it will close around the infection and could cause more problems.

Drain the puss and bacteria and wash with gold dial soap and make sure to move your jewelry back n forth and clean with sea salt and warm water 
DO NOT use alcohol or hydrogen peroxide it’ll only make any infections worse

Piercers always say never take out a piercing that is infected! It will just trap the infection inside and leave no where for it to drain out. Carry on your antibiotic and if you decide after you can take it out then

My friend had the same issue. Clean it with bactine 3x a day and it will go away in a few weeks.

Mine did that and it took time to heal but you don’t see the scar and it looks amazing. It took aabout 6 months to heal to about a year.
