Do you ever feel yourself ovulate??

Last night I had sudden cramping out of nowhere! The cramping lasted only about 5 minutes and it was pretty moderate. H and I baby danced and it went away completely. Af isn’t due for 2 weeks so I wonder if I felt myself ovulate.. 😳 Now is the time glow days I’m ovulating

Yes! Almost every month I feel it! It feels like a light cramping/twinge feeling and I almost always ovulate on the left side as well which I noticed from getting these pains every month.
