first ultrasound!
I have my first ultrasound tomorrow at 10 weeks pregnant , my last pregnancy ended in miscarrage at week 11.. Is there any way to calm my nerves I am so anxious and nervous that there is going to be something wrong I just can't stop wishing for a healthy baby and I know for a fact if I see or hear the heart beat I'm going to bawl my eyes out 😥😂 .. I'm so worried it's all I can think about.
