What is causing this ..?

My ankles been itching only on one foot.Im 36 weeks today.I got tested for cholestasis.My bile acid results were normal.I had cholestasis in my second pregnancy and I had the horrible itch only on the palms of my hand and sole of my foot.Im not swollen or anything but I'm itching so much it's burning now.I tried cortisone and vaseline nothing helps.😣 I have an appointment next week i will ask my OB.Did anyone have this?Or have any suggestions.It only itches at night and its perfectly fine in the daytime.
