*TMI my vag itches... Help

I know it isn't a STD me and my SO haven't been having sex I don't eat meat or diary -vegan but today I had a tiny bit of milkshake so now my stomach is KILLIN me but anyways I normally shave so it could be that but I haven't shaved in a couple of days so what would help this and. I'm clean I eat all plant based any advice it's not super itchy just enough to be annoying!!
