PLEASE HELP!!------
I have been constantly freezing cold for awhile now and I take folic acid and multi vitamins I have hoodies and blankets or glove on me constantly please help I can't do this anymore and every time I get my iron levels Checked they're fine so I don't understand why I can't keep dealing with this and nobody gets it

Has your doctor tested for anything else if you iron is normal? Thyroid? Diabetes? You could have circulation issues which is caused by different things smoking being one of them. Dehydration. If your underweight you have less subcutaneous fat to keep you warm. These are to name a few. I would suggest making an appointment with your doctor or if you have done so and they aren't listening then I would get a different doctor. Good luck!
