How many times have you had PID?

I had PID the summer of 2017 because I didn’t know I had Chlamydia so when I got an IUD it pushed it up into my uterus. Last time it was serious but not that serious. I now have it again because I was trying to treat BV as a yeast infection because that’s what I thought it was. I ended up in the ER needing morphine to stop the intense pain. They gave me prescriptions for pain medicine and antibiotics to treat the PID. They told me to come back if my symptoms hadn’t gone away within 72 hours, as this time the infection was extremely severe. It’s been 5 days, and I’ve bled profusely every day and the pain is still unbearable. My mom, however refuses to take me to the ER or let me go by myself, and I’m really scared. If anyone had any helpful comments I’m all ears.
