pimple on my thigh??

went to the bathroom and saw this pimple on my inner thigh? should i be concerned? is this weird? i had what looked like a pimple in my shin a few weeks ago but it was after shaving, the last time i shaved in this area was i wanna say last week and this is the first time i’m seeing this. i work out a lot, i’ve been doing more lower body workouts in the past week and i had really tight leggings on yesterday at the gym could this be from sweat? is there a specific thing that could’ve caused this or is it normal or should i go to the doctor
