very dry mouth today - not dehydrated?

Today I've had a very dry mouth to the point where I feel like any bit of saliva in my mouth is just sitting under my tongue and I'm constantly swallowing it. My tongue felt really weird almost numb earlier where I couldn't feel myself gently biting down on it. I'm not dehydrated I've had a ton of water and my pee is clear. I also feel like I'm peeing a lot more than usual today. Any idea what this could be? Thanks
