Weird discharge?- early symptoms?

I've had this kind of discharge and brownish stains on my panties for a few days now. I have a very irregular period so I have a hard time tracking but my last one was around 2 months ago. I've had mild nausea the last few days. Should I buy a pregnancy test or get this looked at?

update: the discharge stopped, which is somehow more concerning to me. I don't know how this is related to my period because I haven't had one recently or in a while but I have irregular periods anyway. does this look like implantation bleeding? I can't tell.
