Took out nipple piercings a year or two ago. HELP

So I had both of my nipples pierced in 2014. In 2015 I had one pulled out from my abusive ex boyfriend ( not like tare through the nip, but pulled out through the side with ball still attached. It bled and hurt like crazy but it went back to normal size. I decided to take the other one out because I was scared. Anyways so now I have none but where the healing holes area white puss or like something is always coming out the sides.. sometimes I squeeze it out cause it’s coming from the sides and I want it out it has a gross smell...

has this happened to anyone with the puss ?!?!
