I feel like I'm falling my 10 month old. she isn't walking. only knows 3 words and hardly ever says them. she isn't clapping, playing baby games. she crawles and pulls herself up great but isn't really doing anything else.

She isn't behind, she sounds like she's doing perfect. A 10month old  doesn't have to be walking or saying words, even if a few others on this app are. i think those are like 12 month milestone goals. Every baby is different

I decided to do more reading which always scares me and sureenough it did. Everything leads me to autism with my son. He’s almost 10minthe and doesn’t wave, clap, point , play peek a boo. He responds to his name occasionally. He’s such an active kid and is always kicking his legs and banging toys together. He smiles and makes eye contact, gives kisses and babbles. I have no idea what to think anymore. I’m a ftm and sometimes I get so overwhelmed.

Mine isn’t walking either. He crawls and pulls himself up. He says mama, dada, SOMETIMES says hi, and has said Elmo twice.

Every baby is different and reaches milestones at various times! My 10 month old doesn’t say any words, just babbles. He is clapping and beginning to wave, but we work on I️t all the time throughout the day so he mimics us eventually. It’s really early for the babes to be walking, mine is taking steps, but I️ know lots of babies older than mine who haven’t taken any steps and that is completely normal! Your baby isn’t left behind, one day they will surprise you and do something you didn’t think they were picking up! You are doing great, the little ones are so observant and are little sponges with their learning. Best wishes! 💙💗

Mine doesn’t do much either. He is 10 months old on the 21st and he crawls, cruises along furniture and screeches with his voice. No words, no pointing or clapping and no walking. ALSO my older son is on the spectrum so we have a higher chance (he’s really low in the spectrum) but our pediatrician isn’t worried yet. She said she expects a word or two at 12 months, walking then or later is fine, waving etc at 12 months as well. So I try to stay positive!! So your not alone so try not to worry 😜

I could have written this myself. My babe will be 10 months on the 16. He’s crawling, pulling up and will walk along the couch occasionally. He babbles and says Mamamamama but it’s not really words. He will not clap, point , or wave either.

my baby only says hey or Dada. The rest is gibberish. Every baby developes at their own pace. My baby can't walk yet either she can stand for short periods and every once in a while take a few steps when coaxed. The pediatrician said she was doing perfect before she could stans a few weejs ago. You can try standing baby up and clapping and cheering. my baby loves it. Lol!

Babies do everything at their own pace!  You are not failing her at all.  Just let her do her thing and she’ll get there eventually.  It’s not a race. :)

My daughter is 9 1/2 months and recently started sitting up well enough to take a bath sitting in the tub and to play on the floor without support. 🤷‍♀️ She literally magically crawled a foot last night. But since we saw her she won’t do it again. 😂 She’s not walking yet either. They develop in their own time. It’s still ok. She just started clapping on her own and playing peekaboo. I wouldn’t get concerned just yet.
