Places like planned parenthood offer payment plans and will work with you. I paid 250 the first day and then 250 the second. They do financial assistance which really helped with the cost. They even offer travel and hotel help. I know they made the whole progress easier for me. Also since your only 3 weeks you won’t have to get the surgery unless your more than 10 weeks. 
You can find places that will work with you. Just call around and ask about payment. Also they have funds that will help donate money so you can afford your abortion. Just google abortion funds. There’s tons.
