What can we do to prevent these Hollywood elites from raping?

Yet another Hollywooder has been accused of rape. 
“'X-Men' Director Bryan Singer Accused Of Raping 17-Year-Old Boy
Director Bryan Singer has been accused of raping a teenage boy at a yacht party in 2003, according to a lawsuit filed Thursday. 
The lawsuit alleges that Singer led Cesar Sanchez-Guzman, then 17, into a bedroom under the pretense of giving him a tour of the yacht. The suit says Singer then locked the door and forced the teen to perform oral sex on him before raping Sanchez-Guzman.”
How can we get a handle of this? How can Hollywood be cleaned of these rapists? Can it be?

We should be teaching boys and men to not rape instead of teaching girls not to wear spaghetti straps because it might distract boys.  We need to change how we act as a culture and country if we really want it to stop.

More people need to step up and come forward if they have seen something. Responsibility doesn’t just fall on the victim. You see or hear something, report it.

I also believe that women need to stop assuming whoever's coming out with their stories, that they're lying or WANT something out of it. Hollywood & fame isn't as fairytale & fabulous as people make it out to be. It's sad when females comment and refer to them as a derogatory label or whatever. Seriously, we need to learn to respect one another instead of judging.

1) teach men about consent and not to rape. 
2) Create and environment where victims can come out about their stories without judgement. That includes believing them. 
3) Then if it still happens...purge rapists and make sure they know hurting another person will ruin their career and life.

We can stop it by stop giving our money to Hollywood. Stop watching the shows. Stop worrying about “stars”. Start supporting independent filmmakers. Pizza gate is real IMO.

Keep exposing them. Encourage their victims to speak out, to press charges. Give harsher punishments to those found guilty of sexual assault. We as consumers need to stop lining their pockets. Stop listening to their music, watching their shows/movies.

Simple. Teach young boys that consent is important. Teach young girls that if anyone does something they aren’t comfortable with, to speak up. Look at how many celebrities are coming forward, male and female, because the fear of “outing” a big boss is growing smaller. 
All it takes is one to get the ball rolling. Look at Weinstein and how many women are now joining together to fight back. Not to mention countless others. And companies firing top actors and actresses and musicians because of these serious allegations. 
When assaulters know that victims aren’t afraid to speak up, and the cost of an assault goes sky high, then we will see a real change.

A highly controversial issue for sure. My personal question though is why not report it right away and then all of a sudden do so several years later. I myself have been victim to sexual harassment and assault and I also have four daughters. I will encourage them to be safe and try not to put themselves in situations that could result in harassment or assault but if it ever did happen, I would encourage them to come forward IMMEDIATELY. What does waiting do?
