Reduced fetal movement..
Hi ladies. This may be long, I appologies in advance hehe! So I'm a FTM & would like some information/advice. I'm 30+2w pregnant with our first little one, a healthy baby boy! He's been super active with increase movement every week from around 16! Yesterday day time I noticed he wasn't kicking as much as he usually does, I assumed his patern may have changed. Through out the day I may have felt the odd one every few hours but no way near as many as usual. Then he had a kicking fit really late and then nothing again. Today, a similar thing has happened. No kicking in the morning or really through out the afternoon, then I drank some cold water and played some music to my stomach and sure enough he started really moving and kicking around (that was around 3 hours ago. Ive just woke from an hour nap and he wiggling around and I go feel him in there. Since this started happening ive been checking his HB on the Doppler and it's always been between 140-155, it's really really strong and well. Ive just related the slow down in movement to the fact he's getting bigger and more hard for him to move around & kick as strong and as often as he has been. I have been really really low on energy and sleepy also and ive wondered if baby is having a growth spurt and draining the life from me & my bump is going to pop out a lil' more and he'll be moving around again when this happens! But I'm no longer expert, so I did try to call my midwife this morning, to double check and make sure my little man is ok & put my mind and rest, also just to let her know but I was told she will be busy all day and sure enough it's now 7:28pm and I haven't heard from her, been having a shit time & seen 6 different midwives cause not one can see me through out! So I didn't expect anything less. I was just wondering if any of you ladies ever have this or had this & what helped you or what you did about it. Being a FTM im not completely up to scratch with every thing so advice would be great! Thank you so much! 🌻
