Best birth control?!

Question

So i am interesting me trying a new birth control method! I used the pill and it worked great but now im a busy mom who works so I’m forgetting to take it. Any suggestions? What worked best for you? I am also not worry about weight gain as i am tall and thin so a few pounds won’t hurt.

Been on nexplanon for 6 years now. Highly recommend in the beginning, not for a long time tho. Effective for UP TO 3 years. The main reason I got it was b/c I knew I was going to forget lol when I first got it, it took a minute for my body to adjust( all the side effects hit me at once and I was a mad woman) now my 6th year (it’s making me sick , very bad). Everyone may not experience this. No period whatsoever, I literally had a period like 3 times out of the 6 years. Hormones from the implant will fluctuate so be prepared!!!!

I recently got Nexplanon (had it for a little less than a month) and I love it. I’ve tried the copper IUD and I had to get it removed the same day I got it.
When I got my arm implant, for the first week or so I had side effects (I was feeling kinda loopy for like 3 days, hot flashes for 1  day, I was extremely emotional for 2 days, and a few headaches in between) but I’m pretty sure my body was just adjusting to everything.

And since you’re looking for something where u don’t need to be reminded to take it I think this would work for you. Also Nexplanon doesn’t pump you full of hormones; it’s a low dose and super effective.

I loved the nuvaring I used it for 7 years I did try the iud but it gave me horrible acne and mood swings. I never had any problems with the ring my partners were never able to feel it and it never fell out.
