Bleeding morning after sex

I had sex lastnight for the first time in 3 months. It wasn't painful at all or anything. Just as great as it usually is. This morning when I went to pee, when I wiped I was bleeding, and every time after that throughout the rest of the day. It was bright red like I was on my period. No burning, no extra discharge, no smell, nothing but blood. AF just ended 12 days ago though. It's impossible to have another period that soon right? I usually ovulate around the 14th day & I have experienced bleeding during ovulation once or twice but it was just spotting. But what I'm talking about is bleeding, all day & I haven't ovulated yet. And I also didn't just lose my virginity or anything.
