I met a friend in the summer of 2009

We are getting married when he gets divorced from his ex wife whom hes been separated from for 6 or 7 years. But she doesn't want to sign for it and yet she's having kids by other guys and my hubby (common law) and I have 2 kids. He has a daughter with his ex wife but she won't and doesn't let him see her and telling his daughter bad things about him and has his daughter around strange guys when she has him on child support which is draining him emotionally and phisically and he's paying it. My hubby doesn't make enough to get a lawyer and the divorce papers and she won't pay for them even though she keeps saying she has the papers and agreeing to meet him somewhere and doesn't show. Him and I really wish we we're married along time ago. We've been with each other through thick and thin to where he knows all about my past and I know his past and his daughter. Him and I really love and care for/about each other along with our kids. I don't remember when but one day a few years ago he got to see his daughter for the first time in a long time without his ex knowing and he was happy and she'd called me mom which shocked me because I didn't know how to react but I last saw her when my hubby (common law) and I were just friends. We just really want to get and be married already but she's not letting it happen. I don't care if he talks to his ex because all he wants to know about and talk about is his daughter when he talks to his ex. He even will talk to her with me in the room. What else can I or my hubby do to get him the divorce that his ex wife won't pay for but he does really bad?(Lol!)IDK!!
