I have been trying to find this post for so long.... I was so pissed and disgusted (still am!) when I heard about this. His lawyers are arguing the prosecutor tainted the judgment because they kept saying the rape ‘happened behind a dumpster’ and since they argue it happened in front of the dumpster they think it painted an unfair light on their disgusting client.
