BFP! is this real life?!

I just started trying to conceive a couple months ago. Last month my period was a week late and I had cramps for two weeks straight but everything came back negative. I found out I had an ovarian cyst that burst as well as fluid in one of my fallopian tubes. I also had a pap smear come back abnormal. In the next couple months I'm supposed to have a colposcopy done as well as another pelvic ultrasound and possibly laparoscopic surgery. I was beginning to lose hope. I always think The worse of things and worry too much. The end of last month my doctor told me to keep trying and she put me on prenatal vitamins. Last week I had cramps everyday and my period didn't start 2 days ago. I figured with everything going on that it was normal. Today I decided to take a test just for the hell of it and this is what I got

I've been waiting for this day my whole life! I'm in total shock and disbelief.
