Miscarriage shortly after sex

I know sex can not cause a miscarriage (unless your doctor advised you not to be sexually active). But is it normal to not 100% believe that? Maybe I’m just looking for a reason on why I miscarried. Even though it wasn’t my fault and there is nothing I could have done to prevent it. I guess I’m just skeptical because when my SO and I found out, we ended up not having sex for almost 2 weeks (so rare lol) just because we had so much going on. And when we finally did — spotting which then turned into miscarriage. Has anyone felt this way and is scared to have sex the next time you conceive? I’m sorry if this all sounds a little crazy.
