Help!!!!!

Ok so Ivebeen getting faint positive pregnancy tests since sept my most recent was dec 6 and had a strong positive nov 13 but faint since I also get negatives I have my appt on the 12th. I started spotting on the 7 of dec. In sept before my positive I had ver light spotting for a few hours. This last week it started light and bowI'm full blown filling a super tampons and leaking every 2-3 hours. I normally have heavy periods. So was I pregnant and I'm oosingit or never pregnant and my period is finally here. Dr appt is because my last period was July 30 and Ive been getting negative positive and faint positives. She thought I was going into early menopause because of my blood test and no period. Do I wait it out or go to walk in? I have 3 kids never had this before. My stomache doesn't hurt it feels like something's going crazy in there lol.
