Tummy Time Issued

I don’t know why but my daughter hates tummy time all of a sudden. She doesn’t even like being on our chest for tummy time. She actually doesn’t seem to be a fan of laying on the floor at all. However, she loves sitting up. She’s still pretty wobbly but a lot more sturdy than I thought a 2 month old would be. Is this normal? I’ve considered getting her a chair to sit up in or something since that’s what she prefers.
