Suggested makeup products and tips??

As my makeup collection has been growing I’ve been getting more and more into makeup. I’m no pro but I feel I’m pretty decent, I haven’t got the hang of winged eyeliner or dramatic eyeshadow yet and would like to improve my makeup skills. I just started wearing foundation again because it used to break my skin out so bad, I guess you could say I have sensitive skin. If any of you girls have any recommended products with your experiences I would love to hear them, I try and stay on the drug store side because makeup isn’t my #1 priority and I’m still trying to get a feel of what I like but I am willing to spend more on an eyeshadow because a lot of drugstore eyeshadows I try and sucky and I love my small MAC pallet.
