Ovulation date.!!

I was told i conceived the 7th of August, is that meaning that’s when I ovulated ? I had sex the 5th of August and ovulated the 7th, does that mean after the 7th I was “pregnant” already . Of course not really yet. So after the 7th my egg was already fertilized ? 😱😱 So meaning I couldnt have became pregnant like the 9th or 8th when my fiancé and I had sex again? I’m sorry if it’s a dumb question I’m just very curious ! It’s interesting!!
