Is it normal?

everytime i have sex with my SO i end up having cramps after. Some of them last a while and are really painful, while other times they last 5 mins and don’t hurt as much. Is it just me or does this happen to other women out there and is it normal or should i go get checked out?

I went through a stage of having really bad cramps and feeling nauseous after sex when I first starting sleeping with my boyfriend (this was 9 years ago). I went to my doctor who examined me and she said it was just my cervix going into ‘shock’ due to having such frequent sex and that it is fairly common. She just recommended to keep at it and they will eventually stop, which they did! I had already had sti checks so knew that that wasn’t the issue though. I would definitely speak to your doctor and get checked out to be on the safe side.

It's not normal you should get it check out. I had the same problem & thought it was normal so I didn't get it checked out . . . I ended up being rushed to a hospital for emergency surgery 😐

It could be from having your cervix hit during sex or the contractions of an orgasm
