Mini pill, breastfeeding... and period??

I can’t seem to find any concrete answers online so I’m looking for personal experiences. I am 10 weeks PP and have been having extreme cramps all night. Definitely feel more like menstral cramps than anything else. I bled for 4 weeks after birth and began taking the mini-pill at 6 weeks. I am still EBF. My doctor said in her experience most of her patients don’t have a period while they EBF, so I’m wondering if maybe I am getting it soon?

I’m on the mini pill and had spotting, it also definitely made me crampy the first while I took it! I know a lot of women get their periods while breast feeding, too.

I was put on the mini pill at 6 weeks and had the worst period of my life a few days later, I'm also EBF

I started taking the mini pill at six weeks and I breastfed for almost 10 months. I have been done nursing/pumping for a week and a half and am on the period week of my pill pack, but so far nothing.
