Working Out During Ovulation & Implementation

Hey all!! Happy Holiday’s!!

I️ was wondering if anyone was told to cute back on working on during the time of ovulation and/or implementation? I️ am 35 going to be 36 in Jan and have had two miscarriages. They ran all my blood and tested my tubes. The only thing they saw was my progesterone level was a little low.

I️ currently workout 6 days a week:

3-4 days your spin class

2 days Beach body t25 program

Could my working out be an issue, any thoughts or suggestions would be helpful!?

Ps have you ever read the red wine helps with egg quality in women!?
