1st time taking BBT need help understanding
1st time taking temp, they say take temp before getting out of bed. Why? I have takentemp twice today once in morning it dropped from 97 to 96. as it's my BIG O today. I took my temp now and it's 97.30. little lost if it my O day temp should be up regardless of time of DAY???? Any insite thanks ladies
