14w appointment Thursday

If any of y'all have bothered ready my past posts, you'll understand why these appointments stress me out. Threatened abortion with a UTI, sub chorionic hemorrhage, severe morning sickness, and now pretty grueling migraines. I'm also worried because I still feel like I may have lost my baby. I can feel where the baby is at, but no kicks yet. I'm not showing hardly at all, or at least not as much as with my first ( he'll be 2 in April). I'm just worried baby's stopped growing and my boy won't get to be a big brother in June after all. Positive vibes needed for 12/14 please.
