Midwife apps and physical exams
Can anyone tell me if I should be expecting a physical 'down there' examination at any of my upcoming midwife appointments? I don't know what they are called is that what a pelvic exam is or cervical I don't know!
I am 36 weeks pregnant and I wanna be prepared if she is going to exam me, looks like the Amazon down there at the moment plus I don't wanna be taken by surprise by it!
Any ideas?
