Miscarriage Prevention

As heartbroken as I am to be suffering through my second miscarriage right now, I am already being proactive in hopes of my future pregnancies. I had irregular periods and low progesterone so I take B Complex vitamins and Vitex and got pregnant on my first cycle taking those. However, I still miscarried. I ordered Emerita Pro-Gest cream and it was delivered today so I’m excited to try that this coming cycle. But I can’t seem to find any info online about whether taking Vitex along with applying the cream is okay? And at what points in my cycle should I apply the cream? Do I continue taking Vitex if I become pregnant? I continued it this past time and still miscarried. I know I could get progesterone from my doctor but I was hoping to try the natural route first.

Anyone have any input, or even better, success stories? Thanks in advance!
