love life crisis.

ladies I need help... I truly am so confused. my boyfriend and I broke up about 2 weeks ago. we’ve talked every day since then and we’ve hungout a lot like normal. he got me my christmas present and made a huge deal about it and basically he’s been leading me on. last night he said he wanted to be completely done. so I brought up the presents we got for each other and he said he still waned to give me mine but that he doesn’t want to be in a relationship with me. so do I take the present? I don’t want to but I do. I don’t want the reminder of him and us and him giving me the gift then leaving... what should I do???? he said he just feel like being alone is what’s best for him and I told him I respected that. his only other relationship was very abusive. he’s about to be 20 in a couple weeks so i’m not sure what the deal is. (throwing the age in because people might assume we’re kids.)
