Hashimoto's thyroiditis

Hi! I had started a thread seeking advice in TTC with Hasimoto's thyroiditis. I was officially diagnosed 2 days prior to getting my BFP. The initial blood work was actually done prior to ovulation so we think it's not pregnancy related. I am 4 weeks 3 days, so super early. And super frightened. I had an early M/C at 5 weeks in Feb. Does anyone else have Hasimoto's and would like to chat? I could really use someone who has gone through this or is going through this currently.
