Migraines!
Has anyone experienced hormonal migraines? I’ve never had them in my life but have the past 2 months and I think they’re related to ovulation?? I will be 35 in a few weeks and my cycle is unpredictable and irregular. If you’ve had migraines, are they before, during, or after ovulation? What is safe to take to help ease the head pain and nausea? Thanks for your help!
